A 30% deposit is requested upon reservation and you have 5 working days to transfer the deposit or to cancel without any fee. The balance is due 1 month before arrival. Should you wish to cancel, the cancellation charges are:

- More than 8 weeks prior to arrival: 30 euros for bank and handling fees
- 4-8 weeks prior to arrival: 50% of total rental rate
- 2-4 weeks prior to arrival: 75% of total rental rate
- Less than 2 weeks before arrival: no refund


A 300 euros refundable deposit will be asked on arrival to cover for damages to the apartment and will be refunded after departure if no damages are recorded. (draft or credit card)

Optional services can be ordered and are payable on arrival in the local currency.
Cleaning service & baby sitting service.
Baby cot & baby high chair.

Rates in euros include all charges (electricity + water consumption), linen are provided except beach towels.

Minimum stay:
1 week in high season

Changeover day:
Saturday, negotiable except in high season.

Reduction for stay over 2 weeks except in high season.
