Los Naranjos de Marbella luxury resort is built in a typical Andalusian village style, no higher than 3 floors apartment units and townhouses surrounded by lovely tropical gardens ornamented with small squares and fountains thus ensuring privacy and nice views. The spacious first floor apartment (127 M2) has a large living-dining room with chimney opening onto a terrace overlooking the swimming pool and the garden. The main bedroom has a queen size bed, 21’’ satellite TV and en-suite bathroom whereas the triple bedroom has a separate bathroom with tub and shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, electrical plates and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker…. There is an adjacent laundry room. 28’’ satellite TV in the living room, home cinema, board games, books… The terracotta terrace has table, chairs and BBQ. Top quality fittings such as marble floor, double glazing, air conditioning, heating, outdoor car park, 24H security service. The sleeping capacity is 5 adults + baby. Sorry but pets are not admitted. Although it is a self-catering apartment, cleaning service can be supplied.
